Shadow Alchemy is operated by [Registered business name], [Registered address]. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. The short version: only what you send us, and only to answer you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the platform and rough size of your audience, a link if you share one, and your message.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. We don’t run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to prepare for that conversation. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who sees it
The people at Shadow Alchemy who read the inbox. Messages are delivered by an email service provider acting on our instructions; it processes the message only to deliver it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and up to 24 months afterwards unless we start working together. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to jfmrito@theshadowalchemy.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
